PayForResume provides professionally written resumes, CVs, cover letters, and career-related materials intended as samples and reference guides. All documents are designed to assist in preparing your own job applications. Submitting delivered files directly as your own without review or modification may lead to employment or academic consequences, for which we accept no liability.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All Services are delivered digitally through your account dashboard or email.
Certain Services require you to create an account. By registering, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Maintain only one active account.
Safeguard your login credentials and notify us of unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent.
Due to compliance and legal requirements, our Services may not be available in some territories. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction and that your use of the Site does not violate applicable law.
When submitting an order, you must provide clear instructions, such as:

Length and formatting requirements
Deadline and any special instructions
Delivery time depends on the clarity of your instructions and materials provided. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days, with rush delivery options available (as fast as 24 hours).
You are responsible for monitoring your email and account for drafts and updates. We are not liable for issues beyond our control, including incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or internet outages.
All payments must be made upfront via secure methods available on our Site.
Refunds are available within 24 hours of placing an order, provided work has not yet started.
Once work begins, refunds are only granted in accordance with our Money-Back Guarantee policy.
Additional fees may apply if you request significant changes to instructions after work has started.
We provide unlimited free revisions within 14 days after the first draft is delivered.
For documents exceeding 10 pages (e.g., full CV + multiple supporting materials), the revision window extends to 30 days.
Revisions apply only to the original instructions. Major changes or new requests will require placing a new order.
If you provide us with materials (job postings, old resumes, references, or other content), you confirm that such materials do not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to use it strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered documents for personal career purposes only, such as:
Reference in creating your own applications
Job interview preparation
Personal branding and professional development
You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share delivered documents.
All Site content—including logos, designs, templates, text, and code—remains the property of PayForResume or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Site content without our written permission.
We respect your privacy and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. All client information is treated as confidential and never shared with third parties, except where required by law.
We may occasionally offer discounts, referral programs, or bonus credits. These are subject to separate terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of New York courts.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and PayForResume. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue in effect.
